Ethical

TODAISU Co., Ltd. tries to establish a clean organizational culture by preventing and blocking corruption and graft in order to build trust with its employees and stakeholders. To this end, we conduct and improve ethical management education and pledges to prevent corruption and improve for all our employees at domestic and foreign business places. We are acting in accordance with TODAISU's Code of Ethics as follows: Employees should write a pledge for the implementation of the Code of Ethics below, understand, practice and comply with all contents.

  • First,

    all employees should comply with relevant laws and regulations required to conduct our business.

  • Second,

    all employees should comply with and implement all the regulations within the company.

  • Third,

    all employees should not unfairly harm the company's profits and trust.

  • Fourth,

    all employees should build trust fairly and honestly in business relations related to business performance.

  • Fifth,

    all employees should make no personal discrimination against employees and stakeholders and respect dignity and diversity.

  • Sixth,

    all employees should try to create a pleasant environment and safe workplace.

  • Seventh,

    all employees should do the best to establish all ethical cultures required for the company's right management.

In order to prevent corruption and graft, TODAISU Co., Ltd. reports the following acts and takes follow-up measures based on strict standards for incidents of corruption and graft.

  • 1.

    Acceptance of money and entertainment from others or business partners.

  • 2.

    False creation / reporting of documents (counting)

  • 3.

    Unfair leakage and utilization of company assets and information

  • 4.

    Employees' unreasonable demands and unfair business processing (pressure, swearing, bullying, etc.)

  • 5.

    Violation of basic ethical standards such as sexual harassment

We receive reports on unfair business processing or corruption by employees, and all reports are handled in a confidential manner, and the anonymity is guaranteed.
